Straight answers on process, formats, rights, timelines and how I work with marketing teams and agencies — no filler.
How do you fit in with a marketing or communications team that already has its own workflow?+
I adapt to your process, not the other way around. If you have a brief, I follow it. If you need a kick-off to align references and goals, we do it before production. Deliverables are organised by channel and use case, ready to publish without extra steps.
Can you work directly with the marketing team even when the end client is someone else?+
Yes. I work with marketing leads, communications directors and content coordinators who manage multiple vendors. I take direction from your team and report to the right stakeholders, like an internal resource.
Do you work with advertising agencies or only direct clients?+
Both. With agencies I act as a production partner: I take the brief, produce and deliver in the agreed formats and timelines without the end client needing to coordinate. With direct clients I can also own content planning when needed.
How is the briefing organised before a production?+
I use a short brief questionnaire we complete in about 15 minutes: goals, destination channels, style references, brand constraints and deadlines. That way I arrive at production with clarity and fewer back-and-forth rounds.
Can you align content with our brand guidelines or brand book?+
Yes. I review your brand guidelines before production: colour palette, visual tone, typography in captions, logo rules. If you do not have a formal guide, I work from references and examples you share.
What if the material does not match our visual identity after editing?+
Revisions are included. Before final delivery I share a preliminary selection so you can give feedback. The goal is that the first final delivery is what you publish.
Do you deliver assets in the right formats for each channel?+
Yes. 16:9 horizontal for web and YouTube, 1:1 square for Instagram or LinkedIn feed, 9:16 vertical for Stories, Reels and TikTok. Your team does not need to reframe or re-export.
Can I use the material in paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)?+
Yes. Usage rights include distribution in digital ad campaigns. If usage involves large-scale print or TV, we agree that in the initial quote so everything is clear from the start.
Who owns the rights to the delivered material?+
Once delivered and paid, you have a full licence for brand and commercial communications: web, social, campaigns and print. Business use is yours under the agreed scope without time or channel limits.
How long does it take to schedule a production from first contact?+
Briefing and planning are usually done within 24–48 hours. Production is scheduled based on availability, often in the same week. For real urgency, 48 hours lead time often works.
How fast do you deliver after the production?+
Most projects are delivered in under 48 hours from the shoot. For event coverage where you need to publish the same day, I can deliver an edited selection in 2–4 hours and the full set the next day.
How much does corporate visual content cost in Madrid?+
Most corporate projects fall between €400 and €1,500, including editing and per-channel delivery. Retainer options are available for ongoing needs. Get in touch and I will send a quote within 24 hours.
Do you offer monthly content retainers for teams with regular needs?+
Yes. For teams that need content continuously — social, quarterly campaigns, website updates — I offer monthly retainers with a fixed fee so you do not open a new project every time.
What kinds of companies do you usually work with?+
Tech startups and scale-ups, real estate, professional services (consulting, legal, finance), retail and fashion, and communications teams in larger companies. The common thread: quality visual content with tight timelines without big-agency overhead.
Do you work outside Madrid?+
Yes, although most projects are in Madrid. Travel for other cities is included in the quote. For international or large-scale work, we discuss case by case.
